AIRBOT cannot return to the charging dock.
Updated on 2022/08/30
1. Check that the charging dock is properly connected to the power supply (refer to the Instruction Manual).
2. Place AIRBOT near the charging dock. Press and hold the start button on the touch panel (for about 3 seconds) and check whether AIRBOT can automatically return for charging. If it returns normally, check the position of the charging dock.
• The charging dock should be placed in an open area, rather than in a narrow space.
• The charging dock should be positioned against a wall, and no obstacle should be present within 0.5m on both side and 1.5m in front.
• The charging dock should be kept away from TV sets or other devices that may cause signal interference.
• There must be no mirror or other reflective objects opposite the charging dock.
3. Check whether the protective films on the charging dock and the bumper have been removed.
4. AIRBOT must start from the charging dock.
5. Check whether the robot is working in the In-situ Purification mode while no map has been created. In this mode, AIRBOT will not return to the charging dock when the battery level is low.
6. Check whether the created map is chaotic or overlaid, which may prevent AIRBOT from returning to the charging dock.
7. Check whether the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled. In the Do Not Disturb mode, AIRBOT will not return to the charging dock when the battery level is low.
8. Try and move the charging dock to another position.
