Why does my DEEBOT miss some rooms while cleaning?

1. If a carpet or a floor mat is placed at the door of the room, DEEBOT will not go over it in the Vacuum and Mopping mode so as not to wet the carpet or the floor mat.
2. DEEBOT can go over obstacles at a height of up to 2 cm. In order to pass smoothly at home, it will not attempt to cross any threshold or step that exceeds the maximum height the robot can cross.
3. It will occasionally make a mistake when avoiding obstacles.
Tips:
1. Do not follow DEEBOT closely while it is cleaning. It may miss some rooms due to obstacles avoidance.
2. If there are too many objects in the house, it is suggested to tidy them up in advance. Or you can disable “AIVI 3.0” function in the App.
