Handling Missed Cleaning Areas

1.Check for rugs/mats blocking doorways. and check in the app-Map Management-Edit Map-Carpet Settings-Bypass.

2.The robot can climb up to 2cm. If thresholds/furniture exceed 2cm in height/thickness, the area will be skipped.
3.The robot has intelligent obstacle avoidance, but to prevent damaging furniture or thresholds, it may miss some areas.

Friendly Reminder: If there are many items in the environment, to avoid missing areas during cleaning, we recommend tidying up slightly before observing.
