ALERT: Dirty Water Box Abnormal

1.Remove the dirty water box, empty it, and clean the filter. Reinstall the lid firmly to ensure a tight seal.

2.Press the drain port to check for blockages. If the tank has water, pressing it normally should allow water to flow out. Clean the port with a brush.

3.Press the charging contacts on the base’s right side for 1-2 seconds, release and check if the drain rod moves up/down smoothly.
