Why is the auto-empty station not clearing all the dust from inside the N8's dustbin?

(1) Please check that the special auto-empty station dustbin provided has been fitted in the N8 (there are two openings on the underside of the dustbin).
(2) On the underside of the dustbin provided for use with the station, check whether the two flaps are jammed by a foreign object, and if so, clear them.
(3) Please check that the cosmetic fitting over the two dust vents on the underside of the N8 casing has been removed using the key provided.
(4) The dust bag may be overfull. If so, please replace the disposable bag.
